Return Policy:

Free Returns are offered for full-priced items shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
For your convenience, we provide a complimentary pre-paid shipping label.

If the return form is missing, please contact customer care at or 1-800-BRAS-078 (1-800-272-7078).
We’re available 7 days a week from 9am-10pm EST. 

If you choose to ship without the pre-paid label, or your return is from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US territories, please address your package clearly as follows and use a prepaid, insured, traceable method:

Upon receipt of the return, the full cost of the products will be refunded to your account. Any additional shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.

All returns must be received within 60 days of the date of shipment to receive a full refund.

All returned items must have the original tags, be unworn, be unwashed, and be free of perfume, make-up and deodorant. Items that do not meet the highest standards of health and hygiene, or arrive more than 60 days after shipment, are not eligible for credit and will be returned to sender. To ensure your Chantelle garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the original packaging for proper care and protection.

If a product was purchased at a retail store, we unfortunately cannot accept this return directly. Please return the item to the original place of purchase.

Please allow 15 business days from the time you ship your return for the credit to be applied to your card.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are processed as a return and subsequent shipment. Please call 1-800-BRAS-078 to arrange your replacement order with free shipping.

Damage or Defective Product Policy:

Damaged Item(s): If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported within 60 days of receipt by calling 1-800-272-7078. After return has been approved, please return the item using the pre-paid label and mark the “Reason for Return: Defective product with quality issues”.
