Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

Free returns are offered within 60 days of order receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original conditions, with tags attached. Only items purchased from us.chantelle.com are eligible for return or exchange.

We provide a complimentary pre-paid shipping label and recommend re-using the original packaging to ensure your Chantelle garments are not damaged during shipment. If the return label is missing, please contact us at chantelle.care@groupechantelle.com.

‘Items marked as “Final Sale” and SoftStretch Sale Panties are final sale and cannot be returned.

To ensure you receive a full refund for products returned make sure:

  • All tags remain attached to the garments

  • Items are unworn and unwashed, showing no signs of wear

  • Items are free of perfume, smoke, make-up and deodorant.

  • Items must be in original, resellable condition

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.

  • Items that do not meet the highest standards of health and hygiene, or arrive more than 60 days after shipment, will be returned back to you.

  • If you are unsure if your return will be approved, please contact us at chantelle.care@groupechantelle.com before sending it back to us.

If a product was purchased from another retailer, we will be unable to accept this return. Please return the item to the original place of purchase.

Please allow 15-30 business days from the time you ship your return for the credit to be applied to your card.

Upon receipt of the return, the full cost of the returned products will be refunded. Any shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are processed as a return and subsequent shipment. Please call 1-800-BRAS-078 to arrange your replacement order with free shipping.

Damage or Defective Product Policy:

Damaged Item(s): If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported within 60 days of receipt by emailing chantelle.care@groupechantelle.com or calling 1-800-272-7078. Do not send the item back before contacting us first.
