Passionata Products
Passionata customers from 1 February 2024
The Passionata brand was sold to Delta Galil Brands International, a Swiss company based in Root (6039) Platz 1a, registered in Switzerland under number CHE-458 165 502, on 31 January 2024.
Delta Galil will be responsible for processing the personal data of Passionata customers.
Chantelle acts as a subcontractor.

Passionata customers are those who have purchased at least one Passionata product since 1 January 2021.
What is considered personal data?
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (such as name, email address, postal address).
We collect information about you such as your contact information, payment information, demographic information, shopping preferences and information about the devices you use to shop online.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Our websites are general audience sites and are not specifically targeted to or intended for use by children. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at customersupport@chantelle.com.
We need to collect personal information in order to provide the products and services you request. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide you with these products and services.

This California Consumer Privacy Statement supplements the www.us.chantelle.com Privacy Policy above https://us.chantelle.com/privacy-policy/. It applies solely to California consumers and addresses personal information we collect online and offline.
This Statement does not apply to Chantelle Lingerie’s personnel or job applicants.
This Statement uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations (the “CCPA”).

Shine the Light Request: You also may have the right to request that we provide you with (1) a list of certain categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year and (2) the identity of those third parties.

Verifying Requests: To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. If you have an account with us, we may verify your identity by requiring you to sign in to your account. If you do not have an account with us and you request access to or deletion of your personal information, we may require you to provide certain information to help us identify you. In addition, if you do not have an account and you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we will require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. If you designate an authorized agent to make an access, deletion or opt-out of sale request on your behalf (1) we may require you to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and (2) for access and deletion requests, we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us (as described above).

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions, customer data and order information will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website.
