When do I receive my reward credits?
Rewards are issued 60 days after the points are earned.
How do I redeem my rewards?
If you have a valid reward credit in your account, you will have the option to apply it to your next purchase during the checkout process.
Do points expire?
Points expire 2 years after the date they are issued.
What happens to my points if I return my purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.
Do birthday rewards expire?
Birthday rewards expire 30 days after they are issued.
