The rights and legitimate interests of the whistle-blower, as well as those of persons who may be implicated, are protected in accordance with applicable legal conditions. Whistle-blowers must act in good faith and without direct financial consideration. Any whistleblower who makes a report in bad faith, or who is aware of the false nature of the facts reported, incurs liability.
