    • Free shipping on orders over $95
    • Shipping options depend on destination: FedEx Smart Post, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight
    • We do not ship Internationally
    • Orders with a value of $250 and above require a signature upon delivery 
    Returns & Replacements
    • Sale, Clearance, and Panty items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange
    • All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of the date of shipment.
    • Exchanges are processed as a return and subsequent shipment; please select your new item(s) on www.Chantelle.com or call 1-800-BRAS-078.
    • All returned items must have the original tags, be unworn, be unwashed, and free of perfume, make-up and deodorant
    • For your convenience, we provide a pre-paid shipping label, which has a value of $9.95 and is deducted from your return credit.
    • If you choose to ship without the pre-paid label, please address your package clearly and use a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
    • To ensure your handmade Chantelle garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the original packaging for proper care and protection.
    • For all returns made after 60 days, Chantelle reserves the right to issue an online store credit minus a re-stocking fee of up to 20 percent.
    • Items that do not meet the highest standards of health and hygiene, or arrive more than 90 days after shipment, are not eligible for credit and will be returned to sender.
